Basada en la célebre novela homónima de Julio Verne, la trama continúa la historia de la producción original de 2023, Viaje al centro de la Tierra. En esta secuela, Martín y Pola responden a un S.O.S. y se marchan de improvisto a la dimensión Verne, donde luchan contra las fuerzas del mal encarnadas en Ayrton, un codicioso pirata obsesionado con el poder.

Pola and Martin receive an SOS signal from the Verne Dimension. Upon arriving, they discover it was sent by Otto, Hans' evil twin. Pola flees, but Martin is captured. Diego and his friends discover that something crossed the dimension and is in the ocean, so things might be not so safe anymore. They board the Pompilius with Pompilio and Claudio, who are obsessed with finding the Great Pearl.
The Pompilius is docked by the Calliope. Admiral Nemo and Rama invite Diego and the group to join the crew. Nemo refuses to return to the Verne Dimension before fulfilling Verne´s mission to clean the oceans of pollution. Meanwhile, Martin is pushed to the dark side by Ayrton, whilst Pola and Hans are unjustly accused by The Resistance of being Ayrton's collaborators.
The Resistance recognizes Pola's medallion, and realize Hans is Verne's creation. Together they unite against Ayrton. Martin betrays Pola and successfully plans her kidnapping. Meanwhile, Nemo and Rama deal with explosive barrels at sea and decide to attack a fishing boat for praying on stingrays.
"Gemma and The Resistance stop Martin from taking Pola. After a fight, The Resistance defeats Martin and the Super-Troopers. Martin discovers their secret and sends his coordinates to Ayrton. Diego and his friends plan to put Nemo and Rama to sleep with a potion so they can return to the Verne Dimension. While Pompilio and Claudio try to steal the pearl, they are attacked by a giant Kraken. "
Diego and his friends return to the Verne Dimension, where Nemo and Rama, seeing the pollution in the seas, decide to join the kids in their fight against Ayrton. Meanwhile, Hans tries to free Pola while The Resistance tries to face the great amount of Super-Troopers that are defending Ayrton. When all seems lost, Nemo and Rama heroically save The Resistance, sacrificing themselves.
The kids and Pompilio manage to get into the lighthouse, but Martin finds them and captures Violeta to open the two-dimensional door, where they see images of all of Verne's descendants. Martin regains consciousness and joins his siblings to defeat Ayrton. As peace is restored, everyone prepares to return home, but a message suggesting that Jules Verne is still alive changes everything.
